All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Your order may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most packages are left at your mailbox or doorstep, but this is at the discretion of the courier. If the courier deems the area unsafe, they may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a nearby location.

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable.
HealoTech ships orders DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). This means any applicable fees will need to be paid by the recipient before the package is released.

In some countries, carriers like DHL may pay customs charges upfront on your behalf to speed up delivery. In these cases, DHL will invoice you after delivery for the amount paid, plus a small processing fee.
